LGS is a leading Risk Management company within West Africa providing both Onshore and Offshore Security Services. This allows for bespoke turnkey solutions to be developed for our client that meet their evolving requirements.

Where we Started

From our humble beginnings, we started as a registered security provider within Nigeria in 2010, when we achieved our licensing with the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps. Since then, we have been delivering the full range of onshore and offshore security solutions to both international and indigenous clients, with our core service-delivery focused within West Africa. Over the past 11 years, LGS are proud to have developed the team within the realms of the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry Content Development Act (2010) to ensure first consideration is given to Nigerians, in employment and training.

Partnered with Nigerian Navy

In 2016 with the evolution of the Nigerian Security Industry, LGS were among the first companies to be rewarded with the Nigerian Navy MoU to provide and support maritime operations and clients within the Nigerian Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ). This was based on our company’s certification held as a licensed security company and our track record within the marine security sector. During the subsequent Nigerian Navy MoU renewal process in 2019, LGS were once again acknowledged as a worthy company to continue our partnership with the Nigerian Navy. This was reissued again in 2021.

Certified & Compliant

At LGS we believe in continual improvement and performing our services ethically and in line with the United Nations guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, demonstrating and maintaining this commitment through our fully certified membership of the ICoCA. We have also pursued best management practice in all aspects of our business from management systems, supply chain management and management systems for quality within the security sector by achieving full ISO accreditation in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 28000:2007, ISO 18788:2015 and ANSI/ASIS PSC.1:2012.

This is why we have developed a level of expertise within our company personnel at all levels that is led by our mature international and local management teams and delivered by our personnel on the ground who ensure delivery of services are achieved with professionalism and integrity.
