RISK MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS

Our RMCs work within your business to support your management team and operational personnel to ensure your business has the necessary security expertise to make informed and dynamic business decisions. Our RMCs can support both onshore and offshore clients with risk management processes, assisting client management with informed decision-making and integration of security protocols into the structure, operations and processes of the organisation, that can be applied at strategic, operational, programme or project levels.

Our experts deliver a full spectrum of embedded security and risk management services and can be integrated into your incident response and crisis management team. They have the ability to work embedded as part of your team, or remotely.

MARITIME SECURITY OFFICERS

Employing highly skilled consultants, LGS is well placed to identify and evaluate the security risks faced by your business and to work with you to design and implement cost-effective arrangements to minimise any vulnerabilities.

We provide maritime security solutions within the GoG by providing highly experienced Expatriate Team Leaders to orchestrate armed local security teams onboard. Our operational license (MOU) held between ourselves and the Nigerian Navy enables us to deploy highly-trained teams in support of client operations to ensure they can operate safely within the High Risk Areas (HRA). LGS also delivers guidance on the International Code of Conduct as well as understanding what is required when operating on a commercial vessel.
